Is there a relevant RFC or standards document that would help explain
how iso encoding works in situations like email subject lines?

i.e. stuff like this:

Subject: automatische =?iso-8859-1?Q?R=FCckantwort_?=

Tips/pointers appreciated.

Regards,
Al Iverson
