I have no idea except do traceroutes work to @home's backbone for you? Yesterday, @Home will not talk to AT&T WorldNet (ip.att.net).
Don't know about their "backbone" - but our sendmail log has entries like: Connection refused by mx-b-east.mail.home.com Operation timed out with mx-d-rwc.mail.home.com Null connection from mx2-sfba.mail.home.com ... and traceroutes to the last two hosts *do* fail. First one succeeds. -- Byron
