Well, in response to my recent posting to firewalls, I got a erroneous
error returned to me instead of to the list owner. This is one of my
pet peeves. (see http://www.sandelman.ottawa.on.ca/SSW/rfc1123/stock-complaint)
I would urge others to complain as well. I hit some faulty gateway nearly
every time I post to firewalls... :-(
I looked at the gateway maker's web page. It claimed to be an email
firewall. I seriously question the manufacturer's ability to write good
crypto code when they can't read the host requirements RFCs.
At least they don't return errors to the list.
