Subject: FTPing an encrypted file across the Internet

We have a request to FTP a file to another site across the Internet.
This file originates on an OS2 platform for now but will later originate on an
MVS system and be ftp'd from there.
This file is sensitive and must be encrypted. The file will be less than 200k
in size.
Can anyone suggest an encryption/decryption solution for OS2 and/or MVS?
