Agreed. Unfortunately, many of the problems most net denizens have with
AOL folks don't necessarily have to do much with 'abuse' per se -- they've
got to do with the way AOL does stuff, like the fact that you can
dynamically create/delete 5 names, which creates countless headaches for
listadmins.
Not to mention the general cluelessness of AOL users.
